You should be weary of getting to creative with the style of your curtains. If the look of your kitchen is neutral then by all means, go for a set of curtains with an elaborate design. However if your kitchen consists of any complex patterns or styles then you should adopt a more plain look for your curtains since in most cases where curtains are concerned, they tend to clash over detailed wallpaper designs.
