Electric Woks
The appeal of the electric wok is the ease in which you can control the temperature. By using electricity to conduct heat beneath the pan, most models are able to equip an analogue knob (sort of like a barbeque) which makes minor adjustments to your cooking temperature an act of ease. Most units have a power output of about 1000 watts and are equipped with a non stick surface like Teflon. Teflon is common as it is easier to clean which is a big issue when dealing with electric appliances.
